I got this gown in 2 sizes and the 16 (the smaller size i got) fits perfectly. I am a 16G and there is plenty of room to adjust the bust for either a bigger or a smaller bust. The waist is very flattering and the back elasticized for that cinch and comfort. You can wear this beauty on or of the shoulders, it is an absolute showstopper
