I bought this necklace to wear on my wedding day; on receiving it I found it was slightly too short (I ordered it with the 16 inch chain but didn't realise this length isn't adjustable); Muru's customer service was great and I managed to order an 18 inch beaded chain which arrived in time, on the basis that I could return the shorter chain for a refund.
The necklace itself is beautiful and complimented my dress/other accessories perfectly.
