Very disappointed to report that a pole split after only our 3rd time using our pod. My spouse had to use zap straps for a temporary fix so we could make do for our holiday. Considering the expensive purchase price, the quality of the poles is very poor. It's a big letdown since the pod's design is otherwise great. But needing to buy replacement parts after such few uses is rediculous
