It was really fun to work with New West Knifeworks. We were in their St Helena store, and I saw my significant other pick up an Axe he really liked. A month later I called to inquire about getting it for him for his bday, and Pearce was great to work with and helped me customize the last name on the axe. I found a font online, and he sent me multiple mock ups in different shades and sizes for my review! It was great working with the team. There was a little mix up, but they were able to resolve the problem fast and with close attention which I appreciated. Steven from the park city store was also a great help and very friendly. Everyone that I talked to working there was great, and up to speed on the project. The gift recipient loved it! I will definitely work with new west knife works again on future gifts.
