I was sent a bad batch of dip liquids and they refuse to send me a replacement. I ordered both gel base and activator. The DD powder did not harden! Refer to photo. My video would not fit. I used Lemon Sorbet DD. They claimed it did not work because I did not purchase their Bond and Top coat. Any dip liquid bond will work. The Top coat seals in the powder it does NOT harden it. I am disappointed their team tried to brush me off with that. A Youtuber complained about the Dip liquids as well and they gave her a replacement very quickly. I used Triple Vitamin dip liquids afterwards with the powder and it worked perfectly. I will probably proceed with posting a side by side video of both Dip liquids to prove the Igel liquids I received are faulty.
