I bought the spiritbox but they made a mistake and send me the camera instead. I send a whatsapp that same day (weekend) and got an answer withing 24hours. 2days after that they send me my spiritbox and 3days after that I got what I ordered. There service is Excellent and they even let me keep the camera . Will order here again if needed. (Living in the netherlands)
