Slowly but surely, my too-high blood pressure and cholesterol levels have been reducing. I’m sure it’s because i drink a cup of hibiscus tea, made with a small teaspoonful of tea leaves in a teapot which holds a cup of boiling water, and cooled. Maybe i’m exercising a bit more? But i sure haven’t lost weight, and i’m getting no younger!
Weirdly, the tea used to taste sour to me, but now, not so much. I never use any sweetening, either.
Doc is surprised and is no longer pushing me to take trad prescribed medication.
I can only attribute the improvements to my regular dose of hibiscus tea, 2 years now.
