Got my 60qt HPC Dual Turkey fryer just in time for Thanksgiving. Once I lit the flame, the oil got up to the require 350 degree temperature in about 6-7 minutes, incredible! Then I dropped in the 2 turkeys (20-23 pounders) fried for 73 minutes @3.5 minutes per pound. The pot held a constant 335-345 degrees without any manual adjustments beyond the first 5 minutes of watching temp. Actually turned down the PSI to about 1-2 PSI, which also limited the amount of propane I needed to use, very efficient, which is what was advertised. Could not be more happy with my purchase as well as the pre-purchase expertise that the owners shared with me. Ready to buy the next one, the 120 qt Powered pot, that I will use for our Crawfish boil later this spring!
