I just started taking my supplement and it is already working wonders! Last night was the first night in a very long time that I was able to sleep throughout the night without waking up with horrible leg cramps! I have been converted and will continue to use this product!! PS: I only took ONE pill before bedtime and I weigh a bit more than 160lbs! :-)
