I was very disappointed with the way they did they did the wormhole and Gamma Quadrant. I was expecting that the wormhole would be a separate piece, but instead, they replaced the Bajor system that comes with the Cardassians and connected it with the Gamma Quadrant Idran system as all one piece. They then gave you a handful of specially marked systems to be Gamma Quadrant systems that the Dominion would be able to discover and colonize. It's a rigid structure that I think goes against the wonderfully captured exploration aspect that the main game has. Needless to say, I'm going to have to come up with house rules to make a more randomized experience.
