We had a really memorable stay with the Phoenix hotel. The staff were so personable and took the time to make us feel welcome and navigate our way around Hakuba.
We enjoyed a daily breakfast at Mimi’s restaurant every morning, there was a wonderful continental breakfast offered and in addition a full cooked breakfast!
The room was a traditional
Japanese room with a futon and we enjoyed ten hours plus sleep every night.
The in house Onsen completed our cultural immersion!
