“Communication was great. They never refused to go above and beyond with anything they could assist with. The choices of accommodation and property prices associated with the listing were and are 5 star. Thank you and no doubt plan to book with Japan Ski Experience in the future. A high recommendation from me to say the least.”

“Seamless service from start to finish. Accommodating staff when needing to change dates etc. Extremely efficient and friendly in replying to queries. The whole process was easy from booking to transfers and lift passes available at the hotel on arrival. Highly recommend booking with Japan Ski”

“They did the legwork for me, gave me hotel options, and provided the info I needed to make a great choice! I think I could have used them to make transportation arrangements, ski rentals, lift tickets, and dining reservations, but I didn't use then for any of that this time.”

“Had domestic flight delays from Tokyo to New Chitose from bad weather, Bus transfers from New Chitose to Niseko needed amending at very late notice. Japan Ski Experience arranged for new private transfers at additional cost but refunded bus transfers. Made my delays more reassuring. Quick email replies. Much appreciated service for a solo traveler”
