“I booked a hotel in Hakuba, the prompt service, replies & recommendations was first class. Especially big thank you to Thao for liaising/organizing transfers between my hotel in Tsugaike & the hotel in Happo then Wadano. You went above & beyond. I will definitely use again for my next Japow adventure.”

“The service from Japan Experience was excellent and very prompt. Ro-An is a beautiful villa perfect for our group of 11 people including two small children. The villa is beautifully built and the detailed wood work is a joy to look at. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you would need in great quantity. The kitchen, sitting and dining are is all combined in a very big area perfect for a large group with beautiful views. It is one of the most enjoyable villas we have stayed in. We did have problem with hot water in the shower downstairs and this could have has something to do with the lovely onsen. The location of the villa is a bit too far away from the lifts to walk and the bus services are can be unreliable and were mostly quite chaotic. The style of buses are not suitable for skiers and equipment nor for families with pushchairs. We found the grocery stores in Niseko to be limited, which made cooking in the villa difficult. And again you needed to rely on the bus service. The skiing across the mountain is very good with lots of variety. We were very lucky with the weather and had both plenty of snow and a good deal of sunshine.”

“Communication was excellent. they were able to help us quickly when we needed it nee we had arrived in Hakuba. The accomodation was lovely and they arranged all lift tickets and transfers which made our trip stress free and enjoyable”

“Every thing from bus transport to gear hire to accommodation all worked smoothly and without problem. Ginsetsu in Hirafu was a charming and beautifully maintained house and my family loved it. Can recommend Japan Ski Experience.”
