“Japan Ski made the whole process straight forward and efficient. I received communication from the same person throughout planning for the trip and their promptness, attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions in full cannot be faulted. My first trip to Japan, so lots of ‘silly’ questions and planning for a large group travelling from multiple countries but the whole process was made very simple. Accommodation requests were met and exceeded and our accomodation host was simply awesome. Great job Japan Ski Experience. Will definitely book and travel with you again.”

“We've been renting through Japan Ski Experience for the last few years and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Ben and Duncan always take great care of us and make sure that all of our questions are answered in a timely manner. Japan Ski Experience has been extremely professional and easy to work with, and the lodging that we've booked through them has always been top notch.”

“Great communication from Ben. Easy payment system and we had an amazing stay at Hachiko. The pick up and drop offs to the welcome centre were awesome. Would definitely recommend! In fact, we are booking through them again for next season.”

“I booked a hotel in Hakuba, the prompt service, replies & recommendations was first class. Especially big thank you to Thao for liaising/organizing transfers between my hotel in Tsugaike & the hotel in Happo then Wadano. You went above & beyond. I will definitely use again for my next Japow adventure.”

“The service from Japan Experience was excellent and very prompt. Ro-An is a beautiful villa perfect for our group of 11 people including two small children. The villa is beautifully built and the detailed wood work is a joy to look at. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you would need in great quantity. The kitchen, sitting and dining are is all combined in a very big area perfect for a large group with beautiful views. It is one of the most enjoyable villas we have stayed in. We did have problem with hot water in the shower downstairs and this could have has something to do with the lovely onsen. The location of the villa is a bit too far away from the lifts to walk and the bus services are can be unreliable and were mostly quite chaotic. The style of buses are not suitable for skiers and equipment nor for families with pushchairs. We found the grocery stores in Niseko to be limited, which made cooking in the villa difficult. And again you needed to rely on the bus service. The skiing across the mountain is very good with lots of variety. We were very lucky with the weather and had both plenty of snow and a good deal of sunshine.”
