“Responsive and helpful team! Airport transfers were effortless, great accomodation a stones throw from the ski lift. Jagged the powder! Having free shuttles into the supermarket were great for snacks too!”

“We have to say that Japan Ski Adventures ROCK! They made it very easy to book our trip to Hakuba! They handled our rentals, accomodations and our snow monkey tour and it was FLAWLESS. Seriously. We will 100% use them again. THANK YOU Thao and Tarsha and everyone else who was involved. See you next year!”

“This would be our 4th trip to Japan with JSE. They are always professional and present fantastic options for our family and friends. The services and transfers are very high quality and always on time. We always feel 100% confident when booking through JSE. They provided excellent support before and during the trip. “Duncan our rep was extremely helpful, especially organising medical info and early check in for my husband who had fractured his foot and snapped his achillies. We stayed at Kizuna and the amazing team at Landmark where we checked in did everything to inform us of Niseko, accommodation and were so helpful in every way. They are a credit to your team. We were checked in by Kayla who was just delightful - no question was too much for her. She made us feel very welcome. Then we had amazing experience with two lovely Japanese ladies who drove the van and assisted in check-in/enquiries, lugging heavy bags around etc- I think names are something like Minho or Mina and Meha. There was also a Japanese male driver who was so helpful with our gear. What a fabulous team. Please pass on our sincere thanks to these amazing people and let your management know how grateful we are.”

“This was our first time in Niseko but our third time skiing in Japan with Japan Ski Experience. The team answered all our questions promptly and were very helpful. The accommodation was very nice and met all our needs. Having a van to use to go to all the slopes was a huge bonus as it saved us so much time. Will go to Japan with this team again.”

“I would like to express my gratitude to the team at Japan Ski Experience, once again they have made our holiday one to remember, the team provided great accommodation, transfers and other services that met all our requirements, the accommodations were of the highest standard for a great price, transfers were conducted efficiently and on time, during our stay we required extra assistance with reservations and transportation that the team were able to assist with that made our stay that extra special. I would and have recommend Japan Ski Experience to many and will continue to do so. Once again thanks for making my family holidays so special.”
