I’m 5’11, 165 lbs. I wear a medium everything including the knee warmers. I like the leg grippers on the new versions simply because they have a lower profile. They stay up just the same as the older version but are less noticiable.
Picture is of (left to right) newest to oldest versions of the ones I have. I ordered long because I like to pull them way up the thigh (see rule #82). Now I can do that and still have minimal gap above the sock!
