Before earning my Pre and Postnatal Certification I had the passion but was not sure where to start. This certification gave me the knowledge confidence and credibility to launch my own business and it has been life changing. Since getting certified I have helped countless women and mothers in my community feel stronger and more empowered through all stages of life. I now teach a womens only class at a local gym which has become a supportive and safe space for so many. I have even teamed up with a colleague to organize a race in our town to continue bringing women together through fitness. This Cert did not just teach me the what it gave me the tools and the why to create something meaningful. It was truly the foundation for everything I have built. I am so grateful for how far this certification has taken me and I am excited to see where it leads me next as I continue to grow and expand my knowledge to help even more women in the future ❤️💪🏼
