After somehow ordering 4 clock movements and no hands from your online ordering, I retuned the three I didn't need (received a refund) and managed to order the hands. Attached is a photo of the NZ swamphen clock, which we have had for years in our kitchen, but on which the clock movement had failed. Using your parts and the excellent "how to" video, it is now restored in working condition to the kitchen wall. Apart from the ordering, I was surprised how easy it was to fix the clock. Thank you.
