I took a chance in purchasing the Titan plate loaded abductor/adductor machine. I couldn’t find any reviews on YouTube to make an informed decision. I’m glad I did. I own five different machines from Titan and this is by far the best. The quality is fantastic. It’s extremely smooth. The most important aspect is you feel the resistance throughout the entire range motion for both movements. I was debating about getting a less expensive one but I’m glad I went with the Titan. Don’t hesitate to buy.
