A tiny bit loose around the waste but I am kind of between sizes. Comfortable. I'm 6ft tall and full figured so in the future I may order the longer shorts just to feel a little more comfortable and less self conscious, but the shorts themselves are made well and fit my needs. I ordered my suit because I have a spinal injury and am doing aquatic physical therapy.
