I recently went and got my wind chimes refurbished, They were a present from a friend in USA so were not the 'Windsong' brand, I liked their sound. The wood had gone rotten and they were falling apart. Chris and Kathy did not hesitate to help and were very quick doing the refurbishment . . . and oh my god what a difference it made and the sound is better too.
