Amazing product! I love it and have purchased it several times. Absolute HORRIBLE customer service. I placed an order and immediately after placing it I realized the ship to address was incorrect. I immediately reached out via a website link to contact them. I emailed and no response at all. I had to pay UPS an additional $15.00 to reroute the package. No one has responded back to my email.
