I already take a few supplements and I wanted to take CBD to help support my immune system and right ankle (which gets inflamed). I run 80 miles a week, do CrossFit and run marathons and I was able to go from 70 miles a week with a lot of pain to 80 with no pain or inflammation after taking CBD oils and I don't get run down from the training. I've since switched to the capsules which contain the exact same oil but it's way easier to take it - just have one in the morning and one shortly before bed.
