Recently came off my full sus MTB Ioff road at height and speed, over the bars landing forehead first then back flipping over unfortunately landed on my back on a rock & fractured my T7 & T8 vertebrae in my spine!!. I am making a speedy recovery ❤️‍🩹 however if you are reading this it was my MET Lupo helmet saved me from severe head injuries or possibly worse! It did exactly what it was supposed to do, the outer shell stayed reasonably intact the inner took the impact and slt cracked taking the full brunt of the impact, there where hairline cracks across the top, thank goodness it wasn’t my skull !!💀 The day after the accident I ordered another MET Lupo and cannot stress enough how essential this part of kit is, please guys always, always wear a helmet! ✌🏻 🤙🏻
