I received my cup (bought 2-3 weeks before Mother’s Day for my mom) quickly only for it to be defective, no worries it happens. I messaged the customer service the same day with a video of the cups defect (it had a noise on the inside inner wall I think making it to where the insulation was defective) and they got back to me the following business day saying they were shipping a new one out & expediting it so it would be here I. Enjoy time for Mother’s Day. Which it did arrive in time.
