I started out on the Feels basic vitamins for overall health and then went over to feel menopause. I started taking them religiously from Jan 2022, so it's been 7 months. I noticed that my nails wre growing like crazy, then whilst asking my hairdresser why I had all this sticky up hair (I thought it was breakages) she told me it's new hair growth Julie! At that point the sticky up bits were about an inch long. They are now 2-3 inches long! (Will try to show in a pic) onto the menopause tablets- I definitely have seen and felt a reduction in hot flushes. I'm sleeping better, I have only been taking these religiously this last month or so as I fell and was bed bound, however since being up and on my feet again I have definitely seen an improvement. I don't normally pay out for vitamins and health stuff as its a minefield but I'm so glad I came across Feel and tried them
