We stayed as an extended family holiday. The cottage location on the beck with the series of waterfalls and its little bridge is very striking and special. The cottage itself was very spacious with two lovely reception rooms and dining room. The bedrooms very also large and varied. The host was friendly and understanding when we were a little late getting out. The location is very private and ghastly gorgeous views over ullswater. Walking into Howtown for the tea room or the pier was also not difficult. We would definetly stay again
