What's true is that you really don't taste it in smoothies or any other items you add it. For example, I added it into my morning oatmeal and a small scoop into my chia seed pudding for extra protein and it is flavorless.
It has less than half the amount of protein as other powders on the market, (about 10g) and does not come with a scooper either. There are just three simple ingredients: I guess in hindsight you could just add chia/hemp/flax to your smoothies on its own, but if you want it in powder form this is a good option too. I do wish it had a vanilla flavor option and came more filled to the top of the container, it was quite low, but it works for now.
