What's true is that you really don't taste it in smoothies or any other items you add it. For example, I added it into my morning oatmeal and a small scoop into my chia seed pudding for extra protein and it is flavorless. It has less than half the amount of protein as other powders on the market, (about 10g) and does not come with a scooper either. There are just three simple ingredients: I guess in hindsight you could just add chia/hemp/flax to your smoothies on its own, but if you want it in powder form this is a good option too. I do wish it had a vanilla flavor option and came more filled to the top of the container, it was quite low, but it works for now.

This scoop is not only functional - it's incredibly beautiful, too! It loads up on the perfect amount of protein powder and adds an element of perfect design to my kitchen. This isn't a scoop to toss in a drawer - it's made to be seen: art and function together!

I love the cleanse because it helped me with food choices and planning my food made it easier to stay focused.

What might be a great addition for unique ingredients i.e. Olive Leaf complex water is to provide additional tid bits. My organic market wasn't sure about the "water". I don't know if I bought the right product. The immune booster recipe won't freeze like the others. Maybe I was supposed to make the water from the Olive Leaf complex??! But I LOVE LOVE LOVE this concept and recipes
