This gave us back our nights, sleep, joy!!! We were apprehensive about the cost but it ended up being the best money we’ve ever spent. I was nursing my baby to sleep and no one else was able to put him to sleep. Sometimes I would spend an hour in the nursery just rocking him and carefully putting him down, only for him to wake up crying and me having to repeat the cycle. We finally had enough - I spent the day watching this training and began sleep training that night. It only took about 4 or 5 days. Now I can get everything I need to get done after 7PM and anyone can get him to sleep, so my husband and I can go out and leave him with childcare. Highly HIGHLY recommend this for anyone who is missing sleep!!!!
