Well, what can I say!! I bought the box as I was suffering from a few digestive problem as well as not sleeping very well. I was a bit sceptical but the results are in ..... not only have my digestive problems seem to have gone but my sleeping patterns are brilliant and my skin in looking radiant too. It was a bit expensive for me as a Key Worker but I would say the difference is really fab and even my husband has noticed!! Thank you Rosie and Co
