First time I’ve made pizza since I arrived back in the Uk. The flour Behaved better than I thought it would.
Bread loaf was a bit dense but that’s my fault. Both tasted nice: would recommend. Postage isn’t cheap and flour is heavy. If I could find it locally I’d buy it again.
