I first brewed this in April 2021. I have always been impressed with it from 3 weeks after bottling onwards. Only recently (May 2022), I opened a bottle from my 'maturation' stock and it's still drinking very nicely. Yes, I'm particular with my brewing techniques, but it also tells me that the ingredients were of a high quality also.
