This online interactive course was booked for our Quality team who varied from no formal training/experience in auditing to seasoned auditors (myself included). The course covered the basics including auditing techniques, the EU GMPs and ICH Q10. The trainers came across as very knowledgeable and provided tailored support to attendees as required. Even as a seasoned auditor (10+ years), the course was able to reinforce good practices and relating non-conformances to the EU GMP clauses. I would highly recommend this course (or classroom equivalent) as a way to build a good foundation in internal auditing.
