These shakes were recommended to us by a dietitian. They have made a huge difference in my mother’s quality of life. She likes the “not too sweet”, clean taste and chocolate flavor. She drinks one a day for over 3 months now. I have also tried vanilla and I think it tastes great. We just signed up for monthly subscription.
