I experienced a failed cable on a domestic boiler circuit. Accessing the cable would have meant removing kitchen units and breaking into a ceiling which were both renewed less than a year earlier. The hardwired alternative was to run a new round the outside of the house but Mainslink was a much better solution. Space was not a problem in my case, it was easy to install and worked first time. The LED's also give me a useful dignostic on the status of the heating system. Great product.
