I’ve been using these for 3 months now and I’m still so impressed! I’ve gone up 2 cup sizes. It seems that’s the most mine will grow, but I’m happy! I didn’t notice much difference until 3 weeks after I began taking these daily, 1 cup size in 6 weeks, and now it has stabilized at 2 cup sizes. Try these and stick with it!
