Wow, what a difference this has made.. absolutely amazing piece of equipment.. was a bit apprehensive getting it as my kitchen is small and was worried of taking to much space but being a foldable item it’s absolutely great.. my sourdough loves it.. I don’t have to wait for 8-12 hours for my sourdough to BF in the winter.. I’m yet to try yogurt and cheese soon but for the moment it’s just what I needed it for,my sourdough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
