I love it. It's like i have my own gym at home. It's easy and quick. It's just one piece, but it is very powerful. I can't wait to start seeing results. I love the workouts. They are very helpful and informative. It is so versatile and you can do a whole lot of exercises with it. I love Marie Osmond and she is fun to workout with.
