My main concern with any memory foam mattress or topper was always going to be how hot it gets. So far this hasn't been a problem but we haven't yet had any really hot nights in the UK for me to judge properly. Other than that, I've been very pleased with my topper. It's super comfy and feels luxurious when climbing into bed. I can't say it's transformed my poor sleep as I'd hoped, but I certainly like how it's made my bed feel.
