I have tri-compartmental Osteoarthritis in both knees and a medial meniscus tear in one. Tried numerous joint supplements available in the big box stores with minimal success. Flexacil is the only joint product that works - relieves pain and stiffness allowing my cycling to continue. I found adding Turmeric in combination with Flexacil further enhances my ability to extend my cycling distance with virtually no pain. Excellent product!
