I have been using Doze and Dream for a few weeks now and find it excellent for helping relax and get to sleep which means I wake up refreshed in the morning . I used to suffer with restless leg syndrome and wasn't able to switch off also my mind would be racing about trivial things now I can be sure of a good nights rest . I have other herb tender products which I am yet to try so watch this space .
