I waited a little while before reviewing this product as I wanted to see how it performed. WOW! Happy Bunny. It just goes on and quietly does exactly what it says it will do. I tried it with flours I previously had not had good results with, and it sailed through with flying colours. I can't wait to try it for crumpets. Now it is one of those products I would hate to be without.
