We ordered the suckling pig for easter and it really did make for a special family dinner. It was delivered in a timely mannor, perfectly packaged maintain temperature. Supplied with suggested cooking instructions which produced the most, perfect, moist, sweet and tender meat. Served with homemade crabbe apple jelly and a glass of fizz, exactly what a foodie is after. Thanks basco
