If you want the real taste of Castillla y Leon the lechazo hits the spot. Milky , sweet meat that evokes the ‘ ambiente‘ of the villages and landscape of Segovia and Castile. Cooking and sharing it together with friends and a lovely bottle of Ribera del Duero enabled us to spend some time with the memories of one of my favourite places in Spain. Fantastic and thoroughly recommended 😃
