A light wind weapon, it feels like cheating, when no one else flies… you are. I selected the 7’ for multiple reasons, yes when wingfoiling I could have chosen a smaller size easily but dont forget that when you play in conditions around 8knots that the wind can easily drop for a long time, having a small amount of extra volume help wobbling back to shore (I’m 86Kg). The other main reasons is i want to use the UG 7’ for SUPfoiing, sadly i havent had the right conditions to test it that way but it looks promising thanks to the volume distribution the board feels stable when static. 3rd reason learning to parading but that is work in progress. The board is super light, the takeoff and glide on the water is unreal, and once up in the air it feels super stable, unlike other 7’ board i tested before…. One to have in your quiver, TEAM UG!
