It’s a windshield. It shields the wind. Well protected in the box. And mounting to the machine was pretty easy. Directions leave a little to be desired as far as which seal goes where. I’d recommend not trying to install the seals in the cold, they were pretty stiff. Once it was all put together it mounted up nicely. Definitely would recommend.
