When I tell you I loved this program, i mean it! As someone who went thru IVF & pregnancy, I know I wanted to be able to apply what I learned during this program to my own life, as well help other women! People truly do not know or realize how capable pregnant women are and to be able to continue to safely AND effectively train while going through the biggest change of their life both physically and mentally, is the most beneficial thing for both mom & baby!
