Kathy & Chris have been a delight to coordinate with. Placed my order on a weekend leading up to Christmas & realised I made an error. They responded back same day and rectified my mistake. This is the difference with working with locals rather than internationals. Personal touch wins every time. On the actual chimes, they are of excellent quality & sound delightful.
