When un-boxing I realised the weight, it's not light at all. (Only used the Aus-ion so far)
I watched a heap of recommended videos and read all the tips. I was not going to stuff up this pan. Since cooking with the pan, the weight is beautiful, some thing grounding about the cast iron and using my grandmother old large metal spoon to lightly move food around. I seasoned the pan before the first cook. Stove top method. I've not used dish wash liquid. Hot water and a White Magic cloth does the trick, I do this after I serve up. Soooo surprised how easy the pan is to clean. FYI, I cook a lot of Tofu and eggs as I'm a vegetarian, minimal sticking while I learnt about the pan. If food stuck, no fuss to clean. Food now doesn't stuck with my knowledge. Best parts, I can't wreak it.
