We love it! Our special needs (partial Trisomy 18) daughter developed FND and began having severe seizures a few months ago. Because she has a shunt, she was at risk of damage from a fall. We purchased the SAMi to help us monitor her and catch her seizure movements so we could keep her safe. But there has been a bonus; we are able to monitor her sleep and awake times and this helps us see that she needs to sleep in later on those days. I can actually go back through the recordings and see how many times she is fully awake in the night. I attached a video of her getting up at 12:30 a.m. as we go through the recordings we can see she is visibly awake every hour throughout the night.
