This bag is.. amazing. Bought it for my husbands birthday as he becomes a first time dad this October. He’s been dreaming of all things TBG and I finally splurged! It came in separate beautiful quality bags, perfectly labelled, superb quality - its undeniable. A bag that will transition him through kids and life after kids as a regular backpack. We got the diaper pouch, cooler bag and wipe pouch. He plans to get more, as well as more patches. We live in Canada but he’s from Texas so he can represent with the patch! I had to deal with customer service on an issue with payment and they were prompt, friendly, helpful and I was thoroughly impressed. Would buy again hands down. Husband says it’s the best gift he’s ever received!
